Another problem is the mechanism. There is no demonstrable mechanism whereby thoughts can create reality. There is just no evidence. There is no way (no mechanism) for thoughts to accomplish this. A tiny change in the electrical state of your brain isn't going to make different numbers come up on the Lotto balls.
